How To Register a Company in Taiwan for Foreigners

Foreigner's Company Registration Process

Step 1 :

Preliminary check of company's intended name and do Power Of Attorney (POA).

Step 2 :

Apply to the Investment Commission, MOEA for Foreign Investment Approval.

Step 3 :

Apply to the Investment Commission, MOEA for proof of capital remittance with bank account open and inward remittance for the capital investment.

Step 4 :

Company registration, Tax registration and Import registration.

Step 5:

Application for work permit and Alien Resident Permit.
